Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or participating in H7 Network services.
General Terms
This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by TBN-The Business Network dba H7 Network (“H7 Network,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site or H7 Network services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use the Site and services in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific products, memberships, programs, services, or portions of the Site.
Products and services purchased through the Site, including memberships, subscriptions, programs, licenses, and other offerings, may be governed by separate agreements. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable separate agreement will control with respect to the subject matter covered by that agreement.
Accessing the Site in any manner, whether manually, automatically, or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to these Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in H7 Network memberships, programs, or services.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
When you opt in to receive text messages from H7 Network, you may receive messages in two general categories:
Non-marketing messages (transactional and relational) may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, account notifications, billing and payment communications, membership information, recurring and one-time program or event reminders, customer support replies, and delivery of resources or content you have requested.
Marketing messages (promotional) may include special offers, program launches, event invitations, newsletters, promotional communications, and re-engagement messages. Marketing messages will be sent only where the applicable consent has been provided.
You may opt in through H7 Network web forms or other authorized enrollment methods containing the applicable consent language.
Message frequency varies.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to the same number that sent you messages.
After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS communications covered by that opt-out request.
To rejoin, you may opt in again through an authorized H7 Network enrollment method.
3. Support Information
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact:
Email: membership@h7network.com
Phone: (937) 671-6238
4. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us.
Message frequency varies.
Questions regarding your wireless plan should be directed to your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is designed to operate with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and many regional carriers.
Availability may depend on your carrier and service plan.
7. Age Restriction
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in the H7 Network SMS program.
8. Privacy
Information collected and processed through SMS communications is subject to the H7 Network Privacy Policy.
H7 Network intends to operate its SMS communications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements governing text messaging.
Membership, Payment, Renewal & Cancellation Terms
H7 Network memberships are generally offered on an annual basis.
The applicable membership fee, onboarding or setup fee, and other applicable charges will be disclosed at the time of enrollment or purchase.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize TBN-The Business Network dba H7 Network and its authorized payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for applicable membership fees and other authorized charges.
Certain H7 memberships, programs, products, services, or licenses may be governed by a separate agreement.
If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable separate agreement will control with respect to the subject matter it specifically governs.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable membership agreement, H7 Network memberships automatically renew at the end of the applicable membership term.
By enrolling in an automatically renewing membership, you authorize H7 Network and its authorized payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the applicable renewal fee on or around your scheduled renewal date.
Members who do not wish to renew must submit a cancellation request at least thirty (30) days before their scheduled renewal date.
If a cancellation request is not received at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled renewal date, the membership will automatically renew and the applicable membership fee may be charged to the payment method on file.
Renewal Notifications
H7 Network provides advance renewal communications to help members understand and prepare for their upcoming renewal.
Renewal communications may begin approximately ninety (90) days before the scheduled renewal date.
A separate series of renewal reminders may begin approximately sixty (60) days before the scheduled automatic renewal date.
Members may receive multiple renewal, engagement, and membership-experience communications during this period.
Renewal and cancellation communications are generally sent to the member’s email address on file.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information.
Failure to receive, open, or review a renewal notification does not, by itself, cancel the membership or automatic renewal.
Cancellation Before Renewal
Members may cancel their membership and opt out of automatic renewal by submitting a cancellation request at least thirty (30) days before their scheduled renewal date.
When a valid cancellation request is received at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled renewal date, the membership will not automatically renew.
Cancellation requests must be clearly submitted through the cancellation method designated by H7 Network to ensure they are properly received and processed.
Cancellation After an Automatic Renewal Has Processed
If a member cancels after an automatic renewal payment has already been processed, H7 Network will refund the applicable membership fee less the following cancellation fee:
- Standard Memberships: $100 cancellation fee
- B2B Memberships: $200 cancellation fee
The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the member.
Members requesting cancellation after an automatic renewal has processed must clearly submit their cancellation request to H7 Network so the cancellation and applicable refund can be properly processed.
Refund Policy
Except for the post-renewal cancellation provision described above, where otherwise expressly provided in an applicable agreement, or where required by law, membership fees and other payments made to H7 Network are non-refundable.
Membership fees are paid for access to the H7 Network membership, community, programs, meetings, resources, tools, and benefits made available during the applicable membership term.
A member’s decision not to participate in meetings, programs, training, Town Square, resources, or other available membership benefits does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Any separate membership or program agreement may contain additional cancellation, refund, or payment terms.
If those terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable separate agreement will control.
Membership Freeze Option
H7 Network may offer eligible members who are temporarily unable to participate due to personal circumstances the opportunity to request a membership freeze for up to six (6) months.
To initiate an approved membership freeze, the member must process the applicable renewal payment on the scheduled renewal date.
The membership freeze begins after payment has been received and the freeze request has been approved by H7 Network.
During an approved membership freeze:
- The member’s renewal date may be extended by up to six (6) months from the original renewal date.
- The member’s profile may remain active in the H7 member directory and Town Square.
- The member may continue to have access to designated H7 resources.
- Meeting attendance and active participation may be paused for up to six (6) months.
Membership freezes are subject to eligibility, approval, and any additional requirements communicated by H7 Network.
Legacy Renewal
An approved membership freeze may convert the member’s renewal to a Legacy Renewal.
Legacy Memberships may remain valid for up to five (5) years without renewal interruption or penalty, subject to applicable Legacy Membership requirements and policies established by H7 Network.
Additional information regarding Legacy Renewal eligibility, benefits, requirements, and continuation may be provided by H7 Network upon request.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a membership, renewal, or other authorized payment is declined, expired, disputed, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, H7 Network may contact the member to obtain updated payment information or resolve the outstanding balance.
H7 Network reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to meetings, Town Square, member resources, programs, or other membership benefits until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Members remain responsible for valid amounts owed under their applicable membership or program agreement.
Payment Security
H7 Network uses authorized third-party payment processors to process membership dues and other payments.
Payment information submitted directly through an authorized payment processor is handled and secured by that processor in accordance with its applicable security practices and policies.
H7 Network does not intentionally store complete credit card information within its own systems when payment information is processed directly through an authorized third-party payment provider.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and payment information.
Membership Communication and Engagement
H7 Network may communicate with members throughout their membership to support engagement, relationship development, membership success, and renewal.
These communications may include:
- Membership reminders
- Engagement check-ins
- Program information
- Training opportunities
- Meeting information
- Resources
- Membership-success communications
- Renewal communications
- Opportunities to discuss the member’s H7 experience
H7 Network may periodically contact members to better understand their participation, Champion Relationships, goals, and overall membership experience.
Email, SMS, and other communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements, these Terms, and the H7 Network Privacy Policy.
Changes to Membership Fees or Benefits
H7 Network may modify membership fees, benefits, renewal terms, or membership policies from time to time, subject to applicable law and any separate applicable agreement.
When required, members will be provided notice of material changes before those changes apply to a future renewal.
Changes will not alter fees already paid for the current membership term unless otherwise agreed or permitted by applicable law.

The inclusion of a link, integration, or third-party service does not necessarily constitute endorsement or sponsorship of that third party or its products or services.

- Other intangible losses
This limitation applies to claims arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, membership services, programs, events, SMS communications, content, or other products or services provided by H7 Network, regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if H7 Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TBN-The Business Network dba H7 Network for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products or services provided by H7 Network shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to H7 Network during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

H7 Network reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of a matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
In such circumstances, you agree to reasonably cooperate with H7 Network in the defense of the matter.
This indemnification obligation will survive termination or expiration of your use of H7 Network services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination Rights
H7 Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a member’s or user’s access to the Site, membership, Town Square, meetings, programs, training, resources, digital platforms, or other H7 Network services when reasonably necessary to protect H7 Network, its members, its community, or its operations.

When appropriate, H7 Network may provide notice and an opportunity to correct an issue before suspension or termination.
H7 Network may take immediate action when circumstances involve safety, unlawful activity, significant misconduct, security concerns, material harm, or another circumstance requiring prompt intervention.
Termination or suspension does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or other responsibilities that accrued before the effective date of termination.
Any refund following suspension or termination will be governed by the applicable membership agreement, these Terms, and applicable law.
Force Majeure
H7 Network will not be responsible or liable for a delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure to perform an obligation when the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond H7 Network’s reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Fire, flood, earthquake, or other acts of nature
- Epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
- Labor disputes or widespread transportation disruptions
- Utility, telecommunications, internet, hosting, software, or technology outages

- Other events beyond H7 Network’s reasonable control
When reasonably possible, H7 Network will make good-faith efforts to minimize disruption.
H7 Network may reschedule, relocate, modify, substitute, or deliver affected meetings, events, programs, or services through an alternative format.
A delay or modification caused by a force majeure event does not automatically create a right to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or provided under a separate applicable agreement.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site and H7 Network services is also subject to the H7 Network Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes how H7 Network collects, uses, stores, and otherwise handles personal information in connection with its Site, memberships, communications, programs, and services.
The current Privacy Policy is available at: https://www.h7network.com/privacy-policy
By using H7 Network services, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, an H7 Network membership, or H7 Network products, programs, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A party seeking to raise a dispute should provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
The parties will have thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
If the dispute qualifies as a consumer dispute under applicable AAA rules, arbitration will be conducted under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.
If the dispute is commercial or business-to-business in nature, arbitration will be conducted under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect.
Where necessary, the AAA may determine which applicable rules govern the dispute.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or AAA rules, arbitration will be conducted by one neutral arbitrator.
The arbitration may be conducted remotely by video, telephone, written submissions, or another method permitted by applicable AAA rules.
If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Ohio unless applicable AAA rules, applicable law, or the arbitrator require another location.
The arbitrator may award any individual remedy or relief that would otherwise be available under applicable law, subject to the limitations contained in these Terms.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party will generally be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless applicable law, AAA rules, or the arbitrator provides otherwise.
Arbitration filing fees and administrative costs will be allocated in accordance with applicable AAA rules.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court where permitted by applicable law and where the claim remains within that court’s jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual party’s claim.
If any portion of this dispute-resolution provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court, arbitrator, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified as necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
H7 Network’s failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right, remedy, or provision.
A waiver of any provision on one occasion will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision on a future occasion.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the H7 Network Privacy Policy and any applicable membership, program, participation, purchase, or license agreement, constitute the applicable agreement between you and H7 Network concerning your use of the Site and applicable H7 Network services.
If a separate written agreement applies to a particular membership, program, product, service, or license and conflicts with these Terms, the applicable separate agreement will control with respect to the subject matter it specifically governs.
Modification of Terms
H7 Network may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, membership programs, technology, business operations, policies, or legal and regulatory requirements.
When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on the H7 Network website with an updated effective or revision date.
When required by applicable law or when H7 Network determines that a change is material, we may also provide notice through email, the Site, Town Square, or another reasonable communication method.
Unless otherwise required by law, revised Terms will become effective on the date stated in the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Site or H7 Network services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms will not override the terms of a separate written membership, program, or license agreement where that separate agreement expressly controls.
